Fern Athyrium niponicum pictum 'Japanese Painted Regal Red Fern'

This beautiful cultivar adds color and texture to your collection with the classic silvery gray fronds that develop deep burgundy to maroon red accents on the stems and veins! The fronds are bipinnately compound (divided twice) and develop a slight twisting and ruffly appearance as they mature.  Has a clump forming growth habit, spreading via underground rhizomes. Typically reaches between 1-2' tall and wide but size will vary depending on care.
